1. Consent to Site Terms
By accessing this Site or engaging with our content, services, or social media, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility (No Minors)
By using our Site or services, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older and can enter a legally binding agreement
You have reviewed and accept these Terms
You will comply with all guidelines listed here
3. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on our Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Site or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content—branding, copy, graphics, event concepts, downloadable materials, images, and videos—are the property of Tall & Tiny Party Co. or our licensed partners.
You may not:
Use any part of our content for commercial purposes without permission
Share, replicate, or alter our materials for resale
Copy event themes, package names, or presentation without written consent
Any violation may result in removal from services without refund.
5. External Links
We may link to third-party sites for recommendations or inspiration. We do not control or endorse their content. Use them at your own discretion.
6. Definitions
Client: The individual or business booking an event or purchasing services from Tall & Tiny Party Co.
Services: Any event planning, decorating, coordination, or party rental offerings
Deliverables: The agreed final setup, rentals, décor, or other event-related items provided for the Client's booking
7. Scope of Services
We will provide services as described in your booking form, quote, or party package. Any additional services (extra décor, time extensions, etc.) must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.
8. Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
Final Payment: Due 7 days before your event unless otherwise agreed
Invoices: Sent via email; no setup or rentals will be provided until full payment is received
9. Ownership & Event Materials
Decor & Rentals: All décor, signage, or props used at events remain the property of Tall & Tiny Party Co. unless stated otherwise
Portfolio Use: We may photograph or share visuals of your event for our portfolio or social media. If you prefer we don’t, please notify us in writing before the event
Client-Supplied Items: We are not responsible for any damage to items the Client provides for setup
10. Revisions & Communication
Planning Changes: You may request changes to your event up to 10 business days before the scheduled date, subject to availability and approval
Communication: All major details must be confirmed via email to ensure accuracy
Late Changes: Last-minute changes (within 72 hours) may incur extra fees or be declined based on feasibility
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information private, including guest lists, budgets, and proprietary event concepts.
12. Cancellation & Termination
Client Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If canceled less than 14 days before the event, the full payment may still be required to cover planning costs and loss of bookings
Company Termination: We reserve the right to cancel services due to violation of these Terms or failure to pay
13. Limitation of Liability
Tall & Tiny Party Co. is not responsible for unexpected delays, weather conditions, or third-party vendor issues beyond our control. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
